Paul Meates is an Executive Creative Director at CHEP, one of Australia’s most awarded agencies. He spent the 10 years prior working at Droga5 NY - named both Adage and Adweek Agency of the Decade in 2020. During that time he helmed multi-award winning campaigns for Meta, Ancestry, Prudential, Chase, Biofreeze, CNBC, Allstate and Coca-Cola, including two Grand Prixes and an Emmy Nomination.

In addition, Paul’s work for Coca-Cola was exhibited at the High Museum in Atlanta, all three films for Meta were accepted into the MoMA archives in New York, his work for Welcome.us was tweeted by Barack Obama, and he was listed among Campaign US’s 40 over 40.

Paul also co-founded The Great Brain Cell Sacrifice, a company that donated a book for every bottle of wine sold. The company launched three critically-acclaimed wines and donated enough books to fill 7 libraries in America’s most under-funded schools.
